PRICING INFORMATION

Superhero capes are $35.00 + shipping. Capes will be shipped via USPS for a flat fee of $5.00. Each additional cape in the same order ships for $1.00 more. Please contact me for international shipping rates.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Capes are mailed by the United States Postal Service (USPS). All capes shipped come with a tracking number. If you require a different form of mailing, please let me know in your order details. Different shipping rates may apply.

FABRIC & COLOR INFORMATION

The colors of the cape are completely up to you! When ordering, please specify 2 main cape colors (inside and outside, either solid or print) and 2 emblem felt colors (shape color and initial color). The color of the embroidery floss for the accent stitching on the letter will be chosen by me according to what looks best with the other colors.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders may be available depending on my current cape workload. Rush orders are subject to a per cape rush fee and an upgraded shipping fee. Please contact me at erin@plumpearapple.com to inquire about a rush order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

My preferred payment method is PayPal.  If you don’t have a PayPal account – it is a safe and simple way of doing online payments.  If needed, I can also accept personal checks.  Please be aware that paying by check may delay your order, as I don’t start making the cape until payment has cleared.  This protects me from being stuck with a custom cape from a non-payer.

BULK ORDERS

If you’d like to place a bulk order for a birthday party or other event, please contact me by email so we can work something out for you! I do give per-cape discounts on bulk orders.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Sure! If you have a special customization in mind for your Superhero cape (a certain logo, word or phrase; a special fabric choice; a different size or length; etc) I will do my best to accommodate you.  Custom orders are subject to an additional fee.

CARE INFORMATION

Wash capes in cold on gentle cycle. Hang dry. Warm iron if needed. DO NOT iron tag.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I give all of my Superhero Capes a thorough inspection of quality before it is sent out.  However, I am human and it’s possible I may make a mistake (as hard as that is for me to admit!).  If there is something wrong with your cape, please email me right away so I can do everything in my power to fix it!
