Thanks for visiting my little shop here on the web where I make and sell custom Superhero Capes for kids! I hand make all the capes myself from my home using only the best methods and materials. I believe every child is a Superhero and doesn’t need a cape to prove it — but has so much more fun with a colorful, rad cape flying behind them. :)
I’m taking this opportunity to debut my brand new product: Ready-to-Ship capes! I have so many orders for custom capes that keep me busy, I often have a production turnaround time of up to two weeks! This works for most people, but sometimes people need a cape that can be shipped out to them same day for a birthday party that weekend! That’s where the Ready-to-Ship capes come in. They’re still made by me with the same high level of workmanship, but they don’t come with an initial on them & you don’t get to customize the different fabrics and colors. They’re just that — premade and Ready-to-Ship!

oh,so much makes me happy. I’m a pretty easily pleased kinda gal. Right now listening to my 3 yr old pretending to be Kevin from Ben 10 is making me smile – he’s refusing to answer to his real name, and I have had to ask ‘Kevin’ whether he’d like apple juice, some lunch, a cookie, or to sit and watch TV with Mummy.

The thing that makes me MOST happy is my children. I know, it sounds cheesy but nothing makes me laugh harder than when I wake up and I find all three, thats right three sleeping on my pillow with me. I am never quite sure at what hour of the morning they find there way into my bed, but they are there…. :-)

i have a cape-related happiness! my son has playsilks that he uses as capes, but he also likes to tie them around his waist as skirts/dresses. on halloween, he had me tie his red playsilk around his waist and my skull&crossbones scarf on his head and went to the lobby of our apartment building to get candy as a “pirate princess.” he would love a cape of his own!

Today I had to chase my daughter around the house and the sight of her, tearing around the corner, giggling madly, with a pair of fairy wings on made me intensely happy. I think a cape might come in handy for future chasing sessions – do you make adult sizes? ;) Might make me go faster…

Love the capes, so glad for giveaways and finding your blog. What makes me happy, my kids and husband, (they definitely drive me nuts to, but i couldn’t imagine life without them!). I know this is all very cliche but sew does sewing, so nice to be incontrol of something and actually achieve something that others appreciate, pretty rare when you are a stay at home mum!!

One thing that makes me happy? healthy children. Scores of other things make me happy as well, but how can you beat the wonderful children in your life? I also love chocolate, unfortunately, and I think I have my lovely children as hooked on it as I am! So eating chocolate with my lovely kiddes is a happy time!

My son is 3 and he watched Annie all the way through on Mother’s Day (my childrens gift for me as it was a big part of my child hood) And now when I wake up in the morning he lies beside me and sings the song to Tomorrow to wake me up… I cry every morning because he sings it with so much feeling that he hits the emotion button!! Beats a coffee any day!! hehe We’re having a give away too…yay And i am adding your blog to mine!!
